We are a poultry eating family – so I always wanted to try the Bird Gang rub – I ordered Bird Gang and 2 others – got it and that night I threw it on a whole chicken – the entire family went nuts over it including my picky 12/14 year olds – so when we hosted Thanksgiving you can bet your tail we doused the Bird in that Gang !! 12 people (i know it’s against the rules) all raved for it to be the yearly spice I used on the bird !!
