Goods can be exchanged or returned within 4 days of receipt of your order. We accept only unused goods in original condition. The exchange or refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. White Bulls BBQ guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from whitebullsbbq.Com. Please note that personalized goods (with monogram) are custom made and non-returnable.

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee. Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout – You must press “Apply” to see the order total update.
We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. You can use only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it’s more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled.
